Electro/Mechanical Works
(DK, 2017–2023)

Amanda Consultancy supported the Odense Light Rail (Letbane) project by connecting partners and providing strategic guidance throughout the E/M-works phase. This major infrastructure project highlights our ability to navigate complex transport tenders and forge partnerships that deliver on both technical excellence and regional insight.

Turnkey Biogas Plant
(SE, 2022–2025)

Amanda Consultancy played a pivotal role in assisting EFACEC in the development of this large-scale biogas facility in Kalmar County. Where we supported our client from early-stage partnership formation to bid positioning. The plant represents a strong example of circular economy and renewable energy innovation.

Amanda helped facilitate the bidding group behind Denmark’s first battery-train charging station at Lemvig Station, working with leading technology partners.
